Since I love black cats, I absolutely adore the Bombays!

In a way the Bombays seem like an urban myth to me, everybody is talking about this breed, but pictures are so rare!

Then you have in our opinion the ultimate cat. It is fantasticly friendly, intelligent, social, curious, playful and funny.
At the same time it is very balanced and like to sleep in your lap. It is active and acrobatic and have got a amazing balance. They usually have a daily Bombayrace around the house but they have never broken anything.
It is usually easy to learn a Bombay how to walk by the leash. Many of them can play fetch, open doors and play hide and seek.
They love to be around people and are very satisfied to live in an apartment. They have a beautiful and fantastic apperance but that is just a bonus. The most amazing thin about them is their temperament.
They hardly loose any hair at all and it is very easy to take care of the coat. Just use your hand and the cat will shine.
It goes very well together with other animals like dogs.

I was right
one of the kitten above moved to his new family in Wienna
We are going to a Tica Show in Baden AUS 27-28 september
and show him for the first time - very exiting

are Bombays always black? I mean, I've seen also Bombays in chocolate/brown at Google, but I'm not really sure.

The Bombay breed is incredibly rare so it is permissible to breed with sable tradtional Burmese - and black American Shorthair ( Bombay comes from Burmese and American Shorthair)
It is not permitted to exhibit brown cats as Bombay because Bombay has to
be completely black
