Hallo, ich habe heute in Macs Pute und Heidelbeere 200g ein kleines Stück Plastik gefunden. MHD 17.05.2025 Nummer DE 05366005513. Hersteller wird informiert.

habe in einer Sanabelle Dose (war bereits auf dem Teller der Katzen) ein Stück Metall gefunden:

Es ist die Sorte Sanabelle Rind & Huhn, Chargennummer: DE15084000213 / 31297

Ich habe bereits den Hersteller und den Verkäufer (bitiba) informiert. Laut Hersteller bekomme ich in 3-5 Tagen eine Antwort. Bei bitiba soll ich bitte ein Bild und die Chargennummer an den Service schicken.

Mal schauen was da als Antwort kommt.

Hallo in die Runde,
ich habe in einer 800g-Dose GRAU Pute & Lamm ein Stück blaue Plastikfolie gefunden. Die Chargennummer (Aufdruck auf der Dosenunterseite) lautet: DE03452000213 CH1332F 12588, MHD ist 28.07.2025.
Der Verkäufer der Dose hat mich entschädigt, den Hersteller informiere ich gleich noch.

Solche Stücke habe ich bei Grau Huhn und Putenherzen zu hauf. Die sind auch richtig Scharfkantig. Habe dem Verkäufer gerade eine Mail geschrieben.

Ich muss jetzt auch mal was Reklamieren, und zwar Macs Kittenfutter Pute&Kaninchen.

Wo die nicht richtig von Pamuk angenommen wurde, habe ich mal das Futter heute näher überprüft.

Das Futter riecht meiner Meinung nach auch leicht verbrannt aus, auf der Unterseite ist auch eine Schwarze Kruste.

Ich denke die Dose wurde zu stark aufgekocht , oder was meint ihr ?

Auf dem Foto sind auch so kleine weiße Stückchen Fett ist das nicht.

Kann man sowas auch reklamieren?

So ich bin’s wieder, jetzt habe ich leider Fremdkörper bei Granatapet Truthahn & Fasan gefunden siehe Fotos.

Was passiert eigentlich bei sowas, wenn man den Verkäufer und den Hersteller anschreibt ?

Bekommt man das Geld zurück oder wird nur getröstet mit einer Entschuldigungs Email

Das sieht für mich nicht nach einem Fremdkörper aus, eher nach etwas Fleischigem, wie Leber oder Schlund oder sowas... Ist es so hart wie Plastik?

Nein Hart ist es nicht, aber man kann es auch nicht mit den Händen zerstückeln

Also Leber kann es nicht sein, das kenne ich viel zu gut.

Sowas ist öfter im Futter mit Geflügel...mir wurde von MjamMjam mal erzählt wie das heißt... aber ich habs leider vergessen. Wenn es gerillt aussieht gehört es zum Geflügel...ist extrem zäh...fast wie Plastik. Ich sortiere die Teile immer raus vorm füttern. Sollte es natürlich Plastik sein gehört es da nicht rein...im Zweifelsfall den Hersteller anschreiben.

I am writing to you about something. We have noted many irregularities in my country related to the number DE03452000213. Feringa, Smilla, Animonda, Granatapet and Grau foods are produced with this numer.

Pet food with this number:

-are less acceptable to animals or not eaten at all

-they often contain pieces of plastic

- cause vomiting and diarrhea

-we suspect that they caused several cases of more severe poisoning (diarrhea with blood, hemorrhagic enteritis).

Have you heard anything about similar cases in your groups? That the animal suddenly does not want to eat its favorite food? Or is it vomiting, has diarrhea?

Of course, these are not reports on a large scale, probably a lot also depends on the condition of the animal, but it is worth checking.

These are, of course, assumptions and collected cases that cast doubt on the quality of food.

Not to my knowledge. There is food with a higher acceptance and with lower acceptance, but it really depends on the individual cat.
What seems to cause diarrhea more often than other pet foods, is Animonda Carny.

If there are issues with more than one or two sorts (brands and proteins), I'd consider letting a vet check everything that has to do with the digestive system of the cat.

the only problem is that all the ailments occur in animals that had previously eaten a given brand and everything was ok. Suddenly they were getting poisoning with the same food. The only thing that has changed is the batch number.

I heard that there are also reported cases from Germany, so I wrote on this forum.

One of my cats had issues with those brands as well and also catz finefood (same number/manufacturer). Her symptoms were vomiting and she had skin issues from time to time. Vet didn’t find anything, so I stopped giving her those brands and switched to other brands from other manufacturers and the problems never occured ever since.

My cats are fed Feringa, Animonda, Carny and Catz Finefood and personally never had any problems with it, but they do have a pretty tough stomach as far as i can tell and hardly ever have issues with food.

Habe gerade einen Rückruf von Zooplus für Wild Freedom 400g Dosen bekommen - Fehlfunktion im Produktionsprozess, Dosen können aufplatzen und sollen nicht verfüttert werden. Checkt am besten gleich Eure Mails und dann Euer Futter falls Ihr auch betroffen seid.

Kosten werden erstattet wenn man den Besitz nachweist (alles weitere steht in der Mail).
